Technology and precision in plastic manufacturing
Within OMP Group, the Plastic Division produces plastic components for the furniture industry, with a strong focus on serial production for office and contract seating and furnishings. Its extensive experience and advanced moulding technologies — including gas-assisted co-injection and bi-material moulding — ensure exceptional quality, precision and consistency. Covering a production area of 7,000 m², the division offers capacity, flexibility and fast turnaround times, with the ability to develop custom components to meet specific client requirements.
Strength and expertise in metalworking
The metal division lies at the origin of OMP Group’s industrial journey, established as a production facility dedicated to the design and manufacture of metal components for a wide range of applications, from office and home to collective and educational environments. Still active at the company’s historic site, the division stands as a benchmark for quality and reliability in metalworking, putting its accumulated expertise at the service of serial production and contributing, in synergy with the other divisions, to the development of coherent and long-lasting solutions for the furniture sector.
Craftsmanship and innovation in wood manufacturing
The Wood Division specialises in processing bent and multilayer wood for the furniture industry. Across its 4,000 m² production area, it combines high-precision industrial processes with advanced technologies such as 3D double-radius bending, enabling complex shapes and superior aesthetic results. The department produces components for serial production with the flexibility to adapt to custom requests, blending innovation, quality and sustainability. OMP is FSC® certified.
